ASSESSMENT

Assessments provide valuable insights that help you identify the best-fit candidates for your organization, and it can also be used as a tool when developing teams.

We provide a wide range of tests: cognitive ability tests, language assessments, software skills, and situational judgement tests designed to evaluate critical skills such as leaders hip and people management, negotiation, communication and business ethics and compliance.
The tests can be bought as separate services, and will be tailored to your specific need.

Our Assessment Specialist, Gennaro Altamura, is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in expat psychology, mental health treatment, training and recruiting.

COACHING

The effect of mentorship or coaching has long been established, with healthy and resilient employees as the building blocks of a progressive company. Having a “Trusted Associate” (Coach/Mentor), whom you meet on a weekly basis, can increase the chances of achieving your results to 95%. We believe in creating positive, sustainable, behavioural change.

We are not therapists or health personell – we are coaching conversational partners to your employees, focussing on personal development, and how to manage challenging situations. Our aim is to provide tools for your employees to help themselves, to make them stronger and to detect issues and deal with them before they turn into a problem.

Our coaching services are tailored to every employee’s needs, and delivered in the form of one-on-one video sessions with one of our coaches.
